These volume changes do not show up in volume mixer. After about 10 seconds, for example a youtube video ends, the foreground app regains volume (did not follow how 3 different programs together behave). I use the Realtek High Definiton Audio, the same version I had installed on my other hard drive with the same version of Windows 10.
